WOW Quest Guide: Earthen Arise

"Quest LVL: 20 Quest Objectives: Open the Resonite cask with the Enchanted Resonite Crystal, and then slay Goggeroc. Return to Mor’rogal with the news and Enchanted Resonite Crystal. Quest Description: You have uncovered a dark threat to the land, . The Resonite cask you have found in that cave houses a slumbering Earthen by the name of Goggeroc. I have changed the mixture of the Resonite crystals that you gathered with my shamanistic powers. Take the enchanted Resonite crystal and smash open the Resonite cask, which houses the Earthen. When awakened, Goggeroc will be weakened… Slay him, WOW Quest Guide: Boulderslide Ravine Warcraft Quest Name: Quest LVL: Quest Objectives: Explore deep into the cave at Boulderslide Ravine and bring back 10 Resonite Crystals for Mor’rogal at Sun Rock Retreat to investigate. Quest Description: Something is amiss here in Stonetalon. Can you feel the tension in the air, . wow eu Southeast of here lies a deep cave in Boulderslide Ravine. The kobolds there are frantically mining a rare crystal called Resonite. I need you to bring back some ore samples so that I can understand what’s happening in that cave. I also need you to investigate the depth of that cave. Go young , it’s imperative I know what evil lurks under these mountains " "Are you a low leveled character and are you jealous at high levels that have a lot of money. Do you constantly feel the need to beg for money. There is absolutely NO need for! Listen up, and I'll tell you how to make some easy money. wow euro Yesterday I made a new character called Fiora (human rogue). I made her for the sole purpose of gold farming, and she's already made a lot of money. This is how I did it: The beginning I speed-leveled her up to level 5. That means I did all the quests in Northshire, but in addition, I killed a few mobs more than necessary for extra XP.
I didn't save on equipment and abilities, as they are necessary to keep me alive when I farm money. It took me about 30 minutes to level up to 5. wow power leveling Professions After I did all quests in Northshire, I took the quest that would send me to Goldshire. But before I went there, I payed a visit to Stormwind. I learned the profession mining and herbalism. Then I went back to Goldshire. Gathering I took on quests in Goldshire to level up some more, but at all times I had one tracking ability turned on. Both mining and herbalism have ""Find resources"" abilities, that make mines and herbs show up as yellow dots on your minimap. wow powerleveling You can only track one resource at a time though, so you'll have to switch back and forth between herbs and mines. Every time I saw a yellow dot, I was there in no time to gather it. Of course, I smelted copper ore into copper bars first. That's really important! List In the end, I had gathered the following things: - 20 copper bars - 20 Silverleaf - 19 Peacebloom - 3 Malachite - 20 Linen cloth (looted from mobs) Auctioning And here's where the cash rolls in: the Auction House in Ironforge. For those who don't know how to get there: take the Deeprun Tram in the Dwarven District in Stormwind. You may think the resources I found aren't that valuable, since I got them in a low-level area, but you are wrong. wow power level There are always high level characters who change their profession to Engineering, and need a LOT of copper bars to skill it up. The same goes for new-found Alchemists, who will need Silverleaf and Peacebloom at low skill levels. Linen and Malachite usually sell for decent prices too.
I made 24 hours auctions for all the items on the list above. The trick is to start with a low price, say: 10 silver for 20 copper bars, but to set the buyout price at around 80 or 90 silver. That buyout is high enough to make a huge profit, but fair enough for a high level character that needs 20 copper bars right away. The low starting price basicly guarantees that there will be bids, and the price will always get higher. Read more here: http://wowvault.ign.com/View.php. view=Guides.Detail&id=98" .

20 Second Review: Brute Force

"Introduction: Welcome to what you can call the first ""20 second"" review on GameGossip. Don't get too accustomed to seeing these because we certainly do not plan on turning these into a regular feature. Once in a while and only for games we personally feel like covering. To address those who question what's the point of even writing this it is, in short, to cut through all the crap you find in multi-page reviews, get to the core of what makes a game what it is, and to rapidly give you an idea on how we feel about each of the three dominant facets (gameplay, graphics and sound). If you're hungry for more information you'll be glad to see that we've included several links to ""full"" reviews as well. wow eu Gameplay: Brute Force was touted heavily as being a team-based shooter with amazing artificial intelligence. They got one thing right, it is indeed team-based and you can easily switch to any character on your team. What the developer didn't get right was the artificial intelligence. Every time I hopped into a game I would give my fellow squad members commands (you have a slim selection: follow, attack freely move, etc.) but sadly those commands seemed to have little effect, if any at all. While ""follow"" did indeed make my teammates stay back they stayed so far back they were either getting shot at and subsequently killed or severely wounded by caches of enemies off hiding in the many side passages in each level or simply too far back to provide me any help when I needed it most. However, on the flipside of the AI equation Digital Anvil did a brilliant job with the enemies. wow euro They use cover, decide when to shoot, lay down cover fire, work as a team, and throw grenades frighteningly accurately at you.
Going a bit further I'd say while it isn't the best enemy AI I've ever seen in a game it's pretty far up on the list. Besides the minor issue of team function everything else comes together nicely to form a cohesive, solid Xbox game. Halo it's not though and if you're expecting something as good as that then don't say I didn't warn you. Oh yeah, one last thing; there is no Live! capability and in my eyes this greatly harms the longevity that the game will last. Graphics: Not too much to say about them. wow power leveling Not the best I've ever seen and by no means the worst. The highpoint of them would have to be the cut scenes followed closer by the rendering of the in-game characters. Sadly the terrain textures aren't of that high quality and that detracts from the realism scale heavily. Sound: Take it or leave it. wow powerleveling Nothing spectacular about them but nothing abhorrent either. Explosions sound like explosions, gun shots sound like gunshots. About what you would expect from any first tier game. Bottom Line: The bottom line is this. wow power level The game is simply not as good as I had been expecting to be. This isn't saying it's a bad game overall and it certainly is not a bad choice to add to your Xbox collection, it just wasn't quite what I was expecting. " .

Arena Stories

"I was doing 2v2 with a guildie of mine (Feral Druid gasp! We were at a 1780 rating but don to around 1720 now) and we were against a Rogue/ Lock combo. It was in BE arena and the lock was on one of those pillars. wow eu So I decide to shadowstep up there from the bottom floor and start to stun lock him, and when he goes back on the bridge my druid partner will intercept. So I shadowstep up, and RIGHT when I cheapshot, I get sapped! There was no pause when I shadowstepped and cheap shotted, it was one after the other. Back when i was blue/green geared instead welfared out, I (Dwarf Hunter specced BM at the time, was like a 1520 rating), my guildie disconnected after I had joined the arena. Wound up fighting two rogues. Dunno if they felt bad that I was by myself, or they hadnt noticed my partner had DC'd and were waiting to sap him or something, cuz only one attacked me. wow euro When I got him to about 30% and was at about 80 myself, his partner finally joined in. I just popped BW, killed first rogue real quick, then kited the other one around until he dropped too. I was so pumped, till I realized that they had sucked and I was a BM hunter. It was a 2v2 i was on my rogue with a ele sham and the other team was a druid with a fel guard lock in blades end. battle starts, the end result is the druid and my ele sham die at the same time, leaving me against a almost full hp lock with a lot of dots on on me with 10% life. wow power leveling I do a clock of shadows, sprint and vanish and hide.
i spend about 10 mins avoiding the lock. by this time the lock gave up on trying to find me and parked himself on the bridge with his fel guard. i knew i could not win against the lock with his fel guard, so i spent the next 45 mins taunting him to come and find me or get rid of his fel guard. wow powerleveling he finally became sick of me and summoned a void walker and sacrificed it. I went in for the kill and it was over in 15 secs. But seriously doing arena in a crappy bracket with a crappy pve geared team expected to lose 10 games and get 200 arena points (its 5v5) we absolutely ripped it up. Got nearly 160+ rating by the end of it. We won 8-2 at 1400, the only times we lost was 1. when our priest dc'd and 2. when our hunter afk'd. wow power level The team was pompyro mage (moi) hunter hunter feral druid circle of lol priest. The good teams targeted priest first but we burned em down, when the priest did finally die we got a whole heapin helpin of healing from her other form before she dropped. Plus me and druid sheeping/cycloning paladins/druids made for some fun times. " .

Oh My! Wrath of the Lich King On It’s Way!

"Hey guys and gals! Long time since I did my last post and a whole lot has happened since then as well. Great news for all you WoW addicts out there, the new expansion World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King is well on it’s way! Now we all have a great reason to keep on playing (as if we really needed it)! The expansion will bring a whole lot of new stuff into the game such as the first hero class, Death Knight. From what I understand about this once you hit level 80 you will be able to do a quest (about as hard as the warlock epic mount quest) in order to unlock the hero class. Once it is unlocked you can make Death Knight characters from your account which will start at a high level of experience. Not really sure if it will start at 60, 70, or even 80….i’m just glad I won’t have to start over from the beginning with a level 1 Death Knight! The bad part is I already have hit my character limit on my server and i’ll have to delete one of my alts in order to make room for the Death Knight. Oh well, prolly wasn’t ever going to play that level 5 mage again anyway! Other great things about the expansion includes the new siege weapons in battlegrounds which will allow you to destroy buildings! That will really be cool as i’ve always thought that was something that was missing from the PvP battlegrounds experience. wow gold New hairstyles, dances, new monsters, weapons, items, and tons of more things are being worked on as we speak. Blizzard still hasn’t released a release date yet but many places are estimating it will be released either at the end of May 2008 or even November 2008.
Either way, we still have a while before beginning the grind to level 80 so it is still safe to raid and enjoy all the gear before replacing it with green items again! " "RNG + Doomfire = Dead Hog. Those are Doomfires surrounding my corpse. Doomfires are supposed to travel out in a somewhat straight line towards the far groups or “bait” as I call them. Sometimes the Doomfires loop back onto the melee and you get the above. wow lvl service There isn’t much to do in that case but pray. Usually Warriors can destroy on this fight; between Bloodrage and Intercept, you can stay engaged in melee range and out of Doomfires the entire fight. I don’t know what happened here… or wait yes I do I got screwed! I’m Not Dead Yet! Again. wow gold “I don’t want to go on the cart!” It looks like Hogit is dead but he survived with one health left (thanks Last Stand). I don’t usually post screenshots with my UI turned on but this case called for it. I felt it fitting because I haven’t been posting regularly. My guess is there have been some questions among them, “Has Hogit quit playing WoW. ” No! But with the end game comes repetition and a loss of inspiration thus my blog suffers. A steep price to pay for purples. wow leveln Bulwark of Azzinoth anyone. " "Hey guys and gals! Long time since I did my last post and a whole lot has happened since then as well. "wow fiction:The Worgen Menace

"As they fought, she began to learn more of the Worgen's culture. They divided themselves into packs and each pack had it's leader. guild wars gold Through the power of the Scythe's ability to communicate with the wolf-men, she began to set up her new-found army as a true army, letting each of the pack leaders lead their own into the battles. Her victory over the Burning Legion seemed inevitable. It was not to be, though. wow profession leveling Upon one fateful day, Velinde sent one of the packs to investigate demonic presence at a far distance. The pack never returned. She began to take in what was going on around her – though the worgen seemed of a simple mind, those who she had granted authority to used it to it's fullest extent. wow leveln She began to fear that she was loosing control of the brutal creatures she had summoned and swore not to summon anymore until she could determine what exactly was going on. Though she held to her oath, more and more worgen continued to appear, as if the Scythe no longer needed her concentration in order to summon the beasts. With growing concern, she gathered what she could find of the packs and ordered them to remain at the Shrine of Mel'Thandris on the border between Ashenvale and Felwood. wow eu As a side note, the creatures remain there to this day but savagely attack any who come near – the Shrine is lost to the Kaldorei and has made an unfortunate home for these brutal creatures. After researching in Darnassus and consulting with the Circle of Ancients in Darkshore, Velinde was unable to find any information on the worgen – none had ever so much as heard of them before. However, rumor reached the sentinel's ear of the Archmage Arugal and his ability to summon the beasts in seemingly a similar manner to what the Scythe had granted her.

wow lvl service She set out to find him, traveling from Ratchet to Booty Bay, and then on to Duskwood. However, she never reached Darkshire and the only traces that she made it as far as Duskwood is the state of the area now. Her final, exact fate is still unknown. " .

Neutral Races

"It really depends on your definition of Neutral. They belong to nither faction and the Naga much like the Forsaken who took the horde as a HUGE meat shield to hide their plot want to take over the world. gwow honor The Naga are just alot more subtle in their ways. They are going to sit back amass their forces let the war weeaken both sides and the Slither in and try to take it all. The Blood elves are just really angry. They hate the humans for leaving when the Quel'dore((high elves)) left to fight the legion leaving the HE lands to the undead. They just really only want to get their lands back. Though by any means nessicary. So if you wana try and put it into Context the Forsaken aren't truely Horde. guild wars gold They just act it. your right The Blood Elves and Naga would be hostile... naga anyway about the Pandaren i think it would be cool if it was like in WC3 you buy one from a tavern and it fights for you that would be kinda cool help you do solo quests and so on or they could have pandaren citys with the guards as pandaren funny see one of them in a big suit of armor lol Quote: Originally Posted by Ciel I truly doubt a new faction...to balance the new faction with the Alliance and Horde for PvP purposes would be nearly impossible. Both Alliance and Horde right now are primarily on the 'good' side. wow level up It would be hard to figure out quests for a more 'evil' faction. I'm not giving it much chance, But we all know blizzard's got something cool and exciting up their sleeves. Whatever happens, I'd just lóve to see Illidan ingame, considering that he's still my favourite Warcraft character.

I love the victim role he plays. " .

The Puller

"The Puller The concept of ""pulling"" has been perfected in other games and carries on to World of Warcraft. The idea is a player in a party, known as ""the puller"", scouts ahead, finds the next monster or monsters, and brings them back to the waiting group. wow honor The party fights and kills those monsters and then the process repeats. This is a much safer method than the whole party wandering around together in dangerous locations where they could wake up too many monsters. The existence of pulling in the game doesn't indicate that there is a lot of camping. Typically as a group is advancing in an area or dungeon they will stop and pull nearby monsters to a safe area. Once those monsters are cleared they will advance on. Players aren't typically sitting in one location waiting for monsters to respawn. guild wars gold The Puller Pullers are generally tanks such as a Warrior or Paladin. This is because they have the most hit points and armor and can take a real beating. This is required because they have to lead the monsters back to the party. A casting class could be used as a puller if the monsters are easy or are not able to hit them with ranged attacks. cheap wow gold Another reason a squishy mage type class is often not a good puller is due to the hate/aggro balance you try to achieve in party pulls. "Blizzard says bring it on! (aka TTR mayhem take 2)

"Drysc has issued a challenge to the World of Warcraft community to meet Blizzard teams out on the Tournament Test Realm and compete in the 2v2, 3v3, and 5v5 Arena brackets. This follows a relatively successful worldwide brawl over the TTR last Sunday. cheap wow gold where WoW Insider fielded a team of its own. although most of the time was spent waiting for the realm to get back online. buy cheap wow gold Blizzard reached record numbers for the TTR tournament, prompting hardware upgrades which will be put to the test on Wednesday, between 5:00pm and 8:00pm PDT. sell wow gold Blizzard employees will make special appearances on the TTR near the vendors and Arena promoters, easily spotted as they will be the only characters with Guild tags -- for their Horde team and for their Alliance team. really cheap wow gold If you can't spot the Guild tag. you still probably won't have trouble finding them and their gigantic mounts. Drysc says he expects problems to crop up -- it is a stress test, after all -- but that Blizzard is ready to resolve any issues that might arise. If you haven't gotten onto the TTR, now's a good time to download the PTR client and make your own pimped out Level 70 characters. fast wow gold The more players log on to the TTR during the tournament, the better Blizzard will be able to test their new build and hardware. Plus, it's always good to see what crazy antics Blizzard employees will be up to." .

SPriest over Holy

"You'll always want the MS warrior shackled.lotro gold. Unless you don't run any priest. He's the single most dangerous add you can have.wow eu. MS on your tank when Moroes enrages is hurting. He can one-shot healers.mp3 player. He'll probably whirlwind in the middle of your raid etc etc. If you have two shackles, the Retadin is a good second choice.mp3 players. He hurts, dispells and stuns. None of those are fun.or wow. He's a decent option for traps too. If you are lucky and get the Prot Warrior, just have your off-tank handle him. In between Vanishes he can be killed.really cheap wow gold. He mostly tickles anyway, though the disarm might make him a nuisance on a Warrior tank. Ferals couldn't care less. One advantage is that he'll break the Gouge/Blind as well by tickling your tank. If you get the healers, just have the priests be careful about the shackles and don't stand near 'em (the shackles that is, not the healer adds). Earthbind / Frost Trap / Tank Aggro on 'em will help keep your healers alive. Rogues can 'off-tank' (and I use the word in its broadest sense) the two priest adds through stuns and evasion. I've been there with only a single crowd control (well, I've been there without, but that's not the point I'm trying to make) and if I had to chose, I'd put it on the MS warrior every single time. For Moroes, I'm mostly going to echo the other comments. CC prioirty list: MS Warror -> Ret Pally -> Holy Pally -> Holy Priest/Shadow Priest. I never CC the Prot warrior, he is a (slight) rage assist for the off-tank. My kill order is basically the reverse of the above. SPriest over Holy, due to mana burn. If you have a BM Hunter, their pet can tank the adds.

I've also had the main tank pick them up along with Moroes. Can also use a frost mage to 'kite-tank' them. A 'trick' that may help next week: Send someone in pre-raid and check the adds - I have used Mind Vision or one of the engineering toys (Tonks. ) in the past - if you don't like what you get, then leave and reform the raid with another leader. You'll get a new raid ID, and new adds. I generally used to do this with just one other in the raid, and then once happy, would do full raid invites. Something that might help *this* week: A soft reset changes the adds. Leave the zone for 30 minutes and you get new adds, so you could go in early and see what you have. If you like them, just hang out in the zone until raid time - otherwise, leave for a while, then try again. " .
